Grid poem

Whilst the train is softly moving across the countryside i'm spinning on my left foot and suddenly try counting sheep , these hips don't lie yaw moiety vi with one being red and one being green. Maybe. Also what's with those cryptic messages that guy marked on bottom right corner? Someone stop that runaway train
