Chris Hallbeck

Chris grew up in a suburb of Chicago and promptly left at the age of 17. First he traveled to Savannah Georgia and spent a year at The Savannah College of Art and Design. After dealing with the low student morality rate and the high student murder rate he left for Michigan. There he spent 3 years trying to figure out where all the money went at Kendall College of Art and Design. While at the school he revived an old panel cartoon that was started in high school. He went on to start a zine dedicated to the cartoon and expanded the format to include other artists. He also made his work available to other Zine publishers. Now he is off to Boston to change his life and enter the world of a syndicated cartoon artist.
