Its one of mine, it was created using Rayshade 4.0 (a great unix raytracer BTW), the file is my first go at complex objects and is a copy of the front cover of An Introduction to Raytracing, Edited by Andrew S. Glassner.
The file took 4 hours to create on an Hewlett Packard 9000/857 and was converted to a jpg file using xv.
The teapot data was supplied by Eric Haines (erich@eye.com) and the platonic solid data was supplied by Tom Wilson (wilson@osceola.cs.ucf.edu).
The file is a submission for the OTIS project, when I create some more I'll mail them.
