I've been cobbling together bits and pieces of found images for more than a decade now, ever since the first time I realized that taking an X-Acto Knife and glue stick to my mother's Avon catalogs made those phony models look about a thousand times more interesting. There's just something really touching about giving a fashion model a third nostril and a birdhouse for a forehead.
The images below were either composited in Photoshop or with my bare hands, using some original content, but mostly bits and pieces lifted from friends, scans of junk mail, religious propaganda, old books, whatever. I'm always interested in exchanging images with other digital artists and I may even put a CD of digital collage together eventually. Write me if you'd like to contribute, or just swap some images. By the way, the black-and-white collages in here are just begging to be colorized or texturfied by some enterprising soul...
